Terms & Conditions
When you make a booking we will send you confirmation at which point a binding contract comes into existence. The date of the contract is the date that appears on the booking form. The contract is subject to these booking conditions. All booking conditions will apply including cancellation charges. Once the contract is made, then Luxury Leisure Ventures Limited is responsible to provide you with what you have booked and you are then responsible to pay for it, subject to these booking conditions, and any other terms and conditions specific to the relevant booking.
Please note: It is important to carefully check the details of your booking, when you receive it. If you want to cancel or change your booking later, you may have to pay amendment or cancellation charges, which may be as much as the whole booking cost. In parties of two or more people, the person who makes the booking, accepts responsibility for making all payments to us for all members of the party. We will send all vouchers and other information to that person who will in turn be responsible for ensuring that the other members of the party are kept fully informed.
Should you wish to make an amendment or cancel your booking, we must receive confirmation by post or e-mail. We will only accept confirmation from the person that makes the original booking.
Your holiday insurance
We strongly recommend you arrange adequate holiday insurance. We recommend that insurance should cover the cost of cancellation by you, all medical costs and the cost of assistance including return to the UK in the event of an accident or illness.
Payments
a) If you book more than 6 weeks before your departure date, we require you to pay a a non-refundable deposit of £250 when you book. The balance will be payable 6 weeks before departure.
b) If you book less than 6 weeks before departure, you must pay the full price of the trip when you book. Payment may be made by cheque payable to Luxury Leisure Ventures Limited.
Please note, your booking may be cancelled if you fail to make payment on time and you would then be liable to pay Luxury Leisure Ventures Limited the cancellation charges set out below. Payment for incidental extras (e.g. mini bars, telephone charges, etc.) has to be made directly to the hotel, when you check out.
Should you wish to book via credit card there is a 2% surcharge.
If you change the number of people booked, the trip price will be re-calculated for the new party size. If for example your party is reduced in number, this may mean that the trip is under-occupied and each of the remainder of your party may have to pay more. If you wish to make any change to your booking while on holiday (e.g. upgrading accommodation or extending your stay), all changes are subject to availability and any extra cost must be paid immediately.
Cancellation Charges
The tour provider will incur costs for your booking from the time it is confirmed. The closer it is to the time of your planned holiday, the less likely they are to re-sell it. Therefore, if you cancel or amend your booking, a charge has to made and the later the cancellation, the more that charge will be. If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, this must be done by e-mail or via post by the person in whose name the booking is invoiced (lead name). Cancellation charges will be calculated as set out below and you will be notified by invoice within two weeks of cancellation.

Our responsibility to you for your booking
Because we are acting only as a booking agent we have no liability for any of the trip arrangements and in particular no liability for any illness, personal injury, death or loss of any kind, unless caused by our negligence.
Indemnity
When you book a trip through Luxury Leisure Ventures Limited, you accept responsibility for the proper conduct of yourself and your party during your stay. The trip provider reserves the right at any time to terminate (before or after departure) your holiday or that of any member of your party due to your or their misconduct, within their reasonable opinion. Full cancellation charges will then apply and no refund will be given. Furthermore, Luxury Leisure Ventures Limited shall be under no obligation whatsoever to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses you may occur as a result of us terminating your booking, in accordance with this paragraph. If your actions or those of any member of your party cause damage to the accommodation in which you are staying, you agree to fully indemnify us against any claim (including legal costs) made against us. Finally, you are also liable to make a reimbursement to the trip provider for any damage caused, before you end your stay.
Your financial protection
All monies paid by you for the air holiday package shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 10193.
